Fluid Acrylics and the Painter Analogy

This weekend I took a couple of days off from studying to play with fluid acrylics once again. It is coming to me more naturally now and I think my recipe for mixing the paint is improved. While working with the paint I am reminded of how the Lord guides us through our lives when we allow him to lead. We are the paint with special characteristics based on how we are mixed and the Lord is the painter with the vision, knowledge and experience. He is able to pour, tilt, drag us to produce that masterpiece if we so allow him to be our painter.

“But now, O LORD, You are our Father, We are the clay, and You our potter; And all of us are the work of Your hand.

Isaiah 64:8
